·       Meats, chicken, turkey, fish, shrimp, scallops all freeze well and are ready to cook after thawing
·       Chicken sausage – spinach and garlic, andouille
·       Pork in moderation (2x/month)
·       Bread  
         - Ezekiel - a live grain sprouted bread with no preservatives

         - Gluten Free - Canyon, Udis and Against the grain. All have no preservatives.
         - Tortilla shells - Sieta family and gluten free
·       Frozen veggies (in a pinch)

         - Peppers and onions  
         - Carrots
         - Cauliflower (already riced version)
         - Parsley and dill (easy to freeze and they last very well – wash and put in a Ziploc bag)
